Meet the Mills Family

Left to Right: Lester and Sue Mills, their son George Mills, and grandson Alex Mills.

Camp George CSA (controlled shooting area) is a family owned venture, led by father and son duo, Lester and George Mills. Although the company was officially formed in 2015, Lester and George have been sharing their love of upland bird hunting with friends and family for years. Actively working the land, they know every inch of Camp George’s 280 acres. Its beautiful natural habitat of trees, shrubs, native grasses, pollinators, and food plots attracts wild area upland birds, including pheasants, quail, and sharp tailed grouse. Pen-raised pheasants and quail supplement the wild population and are released shortly prior to your arrival to ensure every hunter at Camp George has ample opportunity to meet their limit.

Camp George is friendly to all ages and abilities. Walking paths provide easy access to prime hunting areas, making your hunt easy to navigate for a full day of walking. Our walking paths are especially beneficial for older adults or those mentoring youth. They also ease your dog’s workload and are helpful for training or tuneups.

We would love to host your next upland bird hunt at our Nebraska controlled shooting area! Groups of all sizes and ages are welcome.
